It puts WoodWing Assets clusters into maintenance mode: LDAP and SSO are deactivated and a message about ongoing maintenance is displayed in the login window. In addition, users and API services are automatically logged out if they are not on a whitelist.

WoodWing Assets AltTextCreator

On June 28, 2025, the Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz (BFSG), which implements the European Accessibility Act (EAA), will come into force. Visual content must then be described using alternative texts so that it can also be understood by people with visual impairments. Our WoodWing Assets AltTextCreator enables the efficient generation of such texts – even in several languages in one go. These texts are then available as metadata in WoodWing Assets and can also be embedded directly in the respective asset.

WoodWing Assets SpeechToText

As part of the Accessibility Reinforcement Act (BFSG), audio content must be provided with alternative texts so that it can be used by people with impaired hearing. Our WoodWing Assets SpeechToText script, supported by AI, makes it easy to create such texts.
